Last updated: August 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Outlink (the “Service”), operated by 20th Labs Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Outlink is a link-building outreach platform that helps you discover backlink prospects, evaluate them using SEO data, and conduct email outreach from your own connected mailbox. Features, credit costs, and limits may change as the Service evolves.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity by teammates you invite.
  • Notify us immediately at support@outlink.so of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use — your responsibility for outreach

Outlink is a tool. You are solely responsible for the emails you send, the recipients you contact, and your compliance with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and data-protection laws (such as the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR/UK GDPR, PECR, and CASL, as applicable to you and your recipients).

You agree that you will:

  • Only send outreach for legitimate purposes and to recipients where you have a lawful basis to do so;
  • Include required sender information and a functioning way to opt out where the law requires it;
  • Honor unsubscribe and opt-out requests promptly;
  • Not send unsolicited bulk email in violation of applicable law;
  • Send from mailboxes and domains you own or are authorized to use.

You agree that you will not use the Service to:

  • Send spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading messages;
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others;
  • Impersonate any person or entity;
  • Violate the terms of any email provider (including Google or Microsoft) whose mailbox you connect;
  • Scrape, harvest, or process personal data unlawfully;
  • Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section or that create risk to the Service, our providers, or other users. Deliverability and sender reputation depend on your own sending practices and connected mailbox; we do not guarantee inbox placement.

4. Credits, plans, and payment

  • The Service uses a credit system. Credits are consumed for data actions (such as retrieving prospects, SEO enrichment, AI filtering, and finding/verifying contact emails). Certain functions (such as sending from your own mailbox, seats, and campaigns) are provided without consuming credits, subject to your plan.
  • Subscription fees and included credits are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Except where required by law, fees and used credits are non-refundable. Unused credits may expire or roll over according to the terms of your plan.
  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. You authorize us and our provider to charge your payment method.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services (such as Google, Microsoft, SEO data providers, and payment processors). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability or changes may affect the Service.

When you connect a Google or Microsoft mailbox, you authorize Outlink to access it as described in our Privacy Policy, solely to send your outreach and detect replies. You can disconnect or revoke access at any time.

6. Your content

  • You retain ownership of the content and data you create or upload (“Your Content”).
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to provide and operate the Service.
  • You represent that you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by 20th Labs Ltd and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT ANY PARTICULAR RESULTS FROM USING THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LINKS ACQUIRED, EMAIL DELIVERABILITY, OR SEO OUTCOMES.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 20TH LABS LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 20th Labs Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Content, your outreach, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or create risk to the Service or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
